At StemBridgeLabs, we strive to provide high-quality project-based learning equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
  • The product is in its original packaging with all manuals, labels, and accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Customised products: Items that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications.
  • Digital goods: Downloadable content such as eBooks, tutorials, or software.
  • Final Sale or Clearance Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

3.2 Return Authorization:

  • Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3.3 Shipping the Return:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the RMA number.
  • Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions.

3.4 Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery:

  • We may offer an exchange, replacement parts, or a resolution based on the nature of the issue.
